CTC CUSTOM HOMES?
When you have CTC Custom Homes build your new home, you will be working directly with the owner, Chris Wright.
You will find Chris very comfortable to work with, as he enjoys working with people. He'll be looking out for your interests from the very start. But don't let his comfortable, casual demeanor fool you! He packs a lot of experience and is qualified to undertake the most challenging of construction projects.
He comes from a background of 19 years in building-related retail and contractor sales at Lowes, followed by 6 more years as a Custom Home Building Specialist for local area contractors. These experiences brought him into the network of building experts, and it also taught him about the materials used in construction with their relative advantages and disadvantages. Most of all, though, it taught him that "the customer is always right!" It is from that experience that he will bend over backwards to work with his customers—even to the point of willingly making changes during a job, just to make sure the customer ends up being 100% happy with it.
Chris is qualified. He holds an Unlimited General Contractor's License with the North Carolina Licensing Board for residential or commercial work. As a professional, he also carries the necessary insurance—to protect you during the construction process. Throughout his career, he has been committed to professional development. He is a very active member of the Home Builders Association of Hickory-Catawba Valley, having served as its president in 2005. As a part of the association he has been involved with its educational programs, community service efforts, and community events (like the Parade of Homes).
In 2007 Chris established CTC Custom Homes. It is significant that he has chosen "Welcome Home" as the slogan for his business because, throughout the entire process, Chris wants his customers to feel entirely "at home"—with him, with the process they are going through, and with the home that results.
