From the very beginning and throughout the process, we want you to know and feel that this is your very own home.

In order for you to feel “at home” in your new home, a great floor plan is essential . Chris will work with you throughout the plan preparation process in order to understand your dreams and vision and help forge them into a workable plan. He will consult with you about your project, meeting with you over blueprints or even make a site evaluation. He can also take a plan you have selected and work with you to customize it into the home of your dreams. And for this part of the process, there is no charge.

While the actual construction is going on, Chris is very much "hands on." As if it were his own home, he is concerned about quality. He explains, "If you aren't there to see what's going on, how can you really stay on top of quality?" Not only will he actively manage the project, he will stay in close contact with you. He will keep you up to speed with job site progress and work with you, even if it requires making changes to achieve the outcome you desire. It is important for you to feel totally comfortable in making those changes because Chris wants you to be completely satisfied with your dream home and the entire building process.

We mentioned quality earlier. We'll mention it again. If you are building a luxury home, you would expect quality to be built in. Unfortunately, many luxury homes are built and filled with high-dollar features, but the quality isn't integral to the building. That's not what Chris did for his own home. He will do no less for you! He will pay attention to the details. He pays attention to those parts of the home that are important to its integrity, even though they may be covered up and not visible to the person living in the home.

Even after completion of the project, Chris will continue to stand by you and back up the craftsmanship that has been built into your new home.
